Abbreviations, acronyms, or terms I may use that aren't found in the rule books.
- BECMI
- "Basic/Expert/Companion/Master/Immortals" Refers to the edition of Classic D&D from 1983 to the RC era. (Although there are only minor differences between BECMI & the RC.)
- DMC
- "Dungeon Master Character" Basically synonymous with NPC. Some people use DMC for important NPCs & NPC for mooks.
- F&RT
- Find & Remove Traps—the thief skill
- RC
- "Rules Cyclopedia" A compilation of the BECMI sets in one book.
- TH
- "to hit"
- THAC0
- "to hit Armor Class zero"
