So, I was looking through my old AD&D stuff when I came upon these maps.
Well, actually, I came upon a print out of them. (From the old, dot-matrix, Apple ImageWriter.) They were probably originally created with MacDraw or SuperPaint. If I still have the original file, it's probably on an 800K Macintosh floppy, which I can no longer read. My scanner isn't working right now either, so I had to settle for recreating them with StarOffice.
I remember creating these maps and the adventure that goes with them. Unfortunately, the key was never printed out and is probably likewise stuck on an 800K floppy, if I still have it at all.
I never got around to running the adventure. I've made a few notes with a handful of details that I do vaguely recall. (Feel free to ignore or not even look at those notes before taking the challenge. I'd like to see what just the maps alone can inspire.)
So, the challenge is to create a key and/or adventure for these maps. If you do, post about it on the Dragonsfoot forums.
